Delivery and Returns
Printatic certifies the anonymity in the printing and shipping process of your orders received until they reach the final customer. No labels, invoices or logos linking you to our website. In order to offer the lowest market prices and the correct reception of the merchandise, all orders are duly packed, protected and sent folded in quality rigid cardboard tubes, suitable for shipping, thus guaranteeing that the order arrives at its destination in perfect condition. The customer will make a simple "Ikea" type assembly following some simple instructions: see guide.
Shipping costs are indicated by the system depending on the destination country, size, weight, number of canvases, delivery times and / or promotions.
Upon receipt of your payment, we will immediately start working on your order. For this reason, please make sure that both your personal details and the products ordered are correct. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via email.
Your order will be shipped via the transport company (DHL, GLS or Correos Express). In case there is no one at the indicated address at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice to arrange a new delivery time.
Printatic declines any responsibility for any delay or impossibility to process an order, particularly at the time of delivery, due to errors or lack of information communicated by the Customer.

All products presented at Printatic are manufactured immediately upon confirmation of payment. Moreover, the items are made according to our customers' instructions (size, colour, etc.). Therefore, and in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 134/2001 of 26 April 2001, it is only possible to cancel the order if manufacturing has not yet started. In some situations where a partial refund is required (compensation for delays, size changes, etc.) a refund may be made in the form of a discount voucher for use on the website with no minimum purchase date and no minimum purchase conditions.
You may return an item in the following situations:
If you receive your item and the outer casing (cardboard tube) is damaged as a result of transport and you believe the contents may have been damaged, please check the item before signing anything. If the product is damaged, always record this on the delivery note / PDA from the courier and send us an email within 48 hours informing us of the incident. After receiving the damaged product, we will send you a new one. If you receive an item other than the one you ordered, please contact us via email notifying us of the situation.
Force Majeure Causes
We are fully committed to ensuring that your order arrives without delay, however, on rare occasions and due to factors beyond our knowledge, there may be delays for which we cannot be held responsible.
Printatic cannot be held responsible for any delays or errors with your order from causes beyond our control.
